3. Hungary, Budapest

In the late 1990s, Hungary’s capital gained the much coveted nickname; The Bangkok of Europe. I arrived 15 years late for that and have no idea if it ever lived up to this name. 4. Japan, Tokyo

A list of the easiest countries to score would have Philippines vying with Estonia and Thailand for the top spot.
